How to Apply

To apply for one of our rentals, please come to the front desk at the Murray Hotel to fill out an application. The Murray Hotel is at 201 W. Park Street, on the corner of Park and 2nd Streets, across the street from the Livingston Depot in downtown Livingston. The lobby entrance is on 2nd Street.

You'll need two rental references or two years of rental history, previous addresses with the name of the landlord and your reasons for leaving, your status with utilities companies (whether you can have an account in your name), personal references (other than relatives), and verifiable sources of income. You must be over 18 years of age to rent.

Rentals require leases and deposit of one month's rent. You have the option to make your deposit with a credit card.

We offer a monthly rental bonus plan. If you pay your rent on the due date, you'll receive a $50 discount on your rent. Note that the discount is applied on a per month basis, so for each month you pay on time, that month's rent will be $50 less. Ask us for details.

From Bozeman and west of Livingston, take I-90 to EXIT 330. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto I-90 Business route. At the Welcome to Livingston sign, turn left on Park Street and go 5 blocks and look for the distinctive vintage Murray Hotel sign, across from the historic Livingston Depot.

From Billings and the east, take I-90 to EXIT 333. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto US-89/I-90 Business (W. Park Street). Drive about a mile into town to the corner of W. Park and 2nd Steeets.
